Local Smoke BBQ
As avid, self-proclaimed BBQ connoisseurs, Justin and Daniel had big plans for a food truck that would allow them to share their passion with the world.
Both Justin and Daniel knew they wanted a vintage/retro look, but weren’t sure which decade of vintage style they liked most. No problem! I worked with them to develop a custom mood board, and then created 3 initial logo concepts for their review. Their favorites were quickly narrowed down and after some tweaking we finished out with the awesome logo you see here. I also drew custom icons and created a pattern and texture, social media post backgrounds, color scheme, and font pairings.
Amanda was a joy to work with and we could not have asked for a better partner to launch our brand! After one call, she immediately picked up on our style and knew exactly what we were targeting with the Local Smoke BBQ brand. Her professionalism and creativity made for such an easy and fun process, and we could not be happier with the end results.
During our Branding Week, we were able to witness Amanda’s creativity and passion for her work through the various designs she came up with – all of which were amazing! Once the primary logo was designed, she worked with us to find the perfect color scheme and font package to match our style.
Beyond logo creation, Amanda also helped us develop templates for business cards and Social Media platforms to help get our brand off and running. This extra touch provided us with a more polished, complete look to our posts and boosted our customer engagements tremendously on Facebook and Instagram.
If you are looking for someone who will listen to your vision and produce the perfect design, then look no further than Amanda Barrington!
